I decided to pick the future self prompt. In the last year, I really got my start in the music industry, and I wanted this capstone to be a look at how my first year in the music industry came about, so I can reflect on this year of growth, change, learning, and love for music to reflect on my past and help guide my future career and self.

The first song from the Warner Music Group catalog that I want to highlight is "A Night Like This" by The Cure. The Cure is one of my favorite bands, and it was only a recent discovery that made me realize all of their work is housed within the WMG family. It serves as a great reminder to me that the music comes above all else. My passion and love for music are the driving factors behind me being here today, and this song is only a reminder of that.
